Q: What days do you deliver?

A: We delivery Monday-Saturday and certain public holidays depending on the occasion; watch our website for info on holiday delivery days and times. We only take pre-orders for Saturday and orders must be placed by 5pm Friday.

 

Q: What happens if the recipient isn’t home/available to receive the delivery?

A: As our flowers are presented in a vase with enough water to last for 24 hours you don’t have to worry about them sitting and dying on someone’s doorstep.  If the delivery address is residential we will make every effort to leave the flowers and bloom boxes in a discreet location (out of direct sunlight). We are unable to leave and re-deliver at that same address that same day as once our driver has left the area, they don’t head back. If there is no where safe to leave the delivery (or no access to a front door- ie apartment building, secure gate access only), there may be a redelivery fee applicable to head back the following day. We do not offer refunds in this instance.

 

Q: What time will my order arrive at its destination?

A:  Deliveries start at 2pm and we can guarantee business deliveries will be made by 5pm and residential deliveries by 7pm. We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been successfully delivered.  If you have a special occasion in which the blooms and/or bloom boxes are required before then please email us and we will see what we can do.

 

Q: Can I buy the add ons without the flowers?

A: Our products are intended to be received alongside a gorgeous bouquet, so we are unable to offer them on their own. As always, we’re always happy to see if we can accommodate special requests, so send us an email!

 

Q: Oh NO! the daily bloom is sold out but I reeeeeally love the flowers.  Can you make one more arrangement for me?

A: We feel your pain on this one!  The excitement of seeing your fav bloom, and much anticipation waiting to find out what it would be for the day but by the time you remembered to buy it we sold out.  Unfortunately we are unable to make anymore bouquets as once we sold out we are on the road delivering.  Although we cannot tell you what each day will bring in terms of the flowers used, to avoid FOMO we highly suggest you pre order your bloom for the day it’s needed.

 

Q: I pre ordered a bloom but now i don’t want it as I don’t love today’s flowers/broke up with my girlfriend/don’t love my bestie anymore, can you refund my money?

A: We cannot provide refunds for change of mind, or dislike of the daily bloom.

 

Q: What happens if you can’t deliver my order?

A: In the case of any natural disaster, road closures or major car accidents that prevent our driver from getting to your location, we will redeliver at the next possible time (next business day if safe to do so) or call you to find an alternate delivery address. There is no redelivery fee involved
